Serve as a point of contact for various employee inquiries and provide guidance.
Promote a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in the workplace.
Utilize various communication channels to ensure employees are well-informed about Company related matters.
Assist with reports by capturing data from multiple reports and utilizing HRIS systems.
Assist with payroll concerns and accuracy.
Collaborate with the HR Manager to identify any hiring needs and provide assistance as needed.
Assist with managing a recognition program through implementation and general maintenance.
Oversee HR inventory (Company gear/prizes) by tracking, counting and reordering supplies in a timely manner.
Other duties as assigned.
