On-the-job training Safe work environment We are seeking a Quality Control Inspector to work in our manufacturing facility.
The position requires the successful candidate to inspect parts and ensure that they are in compliance with applicable tolerances.
The ideal candidate will have a background in quality control and be proficient in writing manufacturing work instructions.
We're looking for a Quality Control Inspector with strong organizational skills, who can work independently on tasks, and effectively manage time to meet deadlines and complete projects.
Responsibilities:
Program and Operate CMM.
Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
Maintain all ISO documentation and lead ISO audit.
Develop and maintain PAPP's Communicate to suppliers any raw material non conformities.
Issue and articulate quality alerts and inspection reports to operators.
Keep track of labor hours and materials used.
Pause production when necessary.
Execute and enforce containment policies Use a variety of tools, including CMM and computers.
Be willing to work alongside operators for continued education in manufacturing processes.
Maintain the gage calibration program.
Complete corrective actions and reports for nonconforming product.
